I cannot create a screen clipping in dual display mode, anyone know a fix for
this? i have all the latest updates. When i try to create it the screen
doesn't turn white but allows me to drag the crossair, but it only captures
all black.

I don't think so. I am having the problem with OneNote. The clipping feature
of Onenote isn't working in dual display mode.

Something to try: If you are viewing OneNote on the second monitor, can you
do the screen clipping then?

FWIW, creating screen clippings works fine for me on all of my three
monitors... two of which are rotated. I'm not saying you're doing
something wrong, but the screen clipping in OneNote always struck me as a
very compatible implementation. Maybe there's a problem with your display
driver(s)?
