Clock am versus pm

When scheduling new event can't get pm to change to am. Will only display pm. Can highlight bit nothing changes it. Can schedule everything but only with pm times. Have tried various fixes with clock settings, int'l settings etc.

You didn't specifically say what you did withe International settings.
Does it still show a Custom date format or did you set it to your
country name?
