clock or timer on a powerpoint slide

is there a way to either show the clock on a slide or place a timer on a slide.

as a teacher i want to give a quiz on a powerpoint slide but only give the
students 5 mins to complete

Simply set your slide to advance to the "times up" slide at 5 minutes.
