Clocks in Outlook ?

My buddy sent me an email at 1:23pm and it was 2:32pm real
time. Both our system clocks are set at the correct time,
is there a seperate clock in outlook, or is it a email
server time problem ?

Check in Outlook under Tools>Options>Calendar Options and make sure your
time zone and "adjust for daylight savings time" settings are correct.
