Close or disable projects

Hi All,

There are some projects on server, which are obsolete or pending for
original project manager approval, and we still want to keep these projects
on server, but we don't want these projects display on the tasks list of
team members of these projects on WEB. We try to hide these on web, but the
project server does not allow to hide, because the some of tasks are pending
for original project manager approval or project are not completed.

Does anyone know how the administrator can close or disable these projects?

Rabbit --

The project manager of these pending or obsolete projects should do the
following:

1. Open an obsolete or pending project
2. Click Tools - Build Team from Enterprise
3. Set the Booking value for each project team member to Proposed
4. Click OK
5. Click Collaborate - Publish - All Information
6. Save and close the project
7. Repeat steps #1-6 for every proposed or obsolete project

Performing the above steps will remove the obsolete or proposed project task
assignments from each user's timesheet in PWA. Hope this helps.
