CL:
You cannot archive a project and delete the published
version. However, you can create a custom project field
which indicates a project's status, this way you can
filter through those completed, on-hold, etc. when using
port. analyzer. Other alternatives include setting up a
completely separate instance of Proj for only completed
files. Or, save the files locally or as you suggested
onto another form of media. You can always reimport the
file(s).
