Closing a form, upon opening a form

Im an access amateur at best

my problem, i have a db, it has many forms, when i click a button o
one form, it opens another. However the form i clicked the button i
first remains open. Is there an easy way to close each form, onc
another has opened from it. All my forms open from simple buttons.

i know nothing about coding, so please reply in lamens terms
