Closing a presntation

After presenting or reviewing a presentation, I can not completely close
PowerPoint. It closes and then reopens and I get the message to send an error
to MS

Sorry, Mike, but nobody can offer any kind of responsible reply without
knowing what specific version of Office, what version of the OS, as well as
details about the source & content of the file & a description of exactly
what you're doing & how you're going about it.
