Closing Access

When I close my project Access itself does not close. If I double click on the shortcut nothing happens. I close MSACCESS.EXE from the task manager by ending the process. I have compacted and repaired the database and I have imported everything into a new database. Any suggestions? Thanks.

A reference in access is not set properly, at least ,, that will cause
this to happen.

When you say reference do you mean from the code window? The .lbd file does not close
