Hello,
I have an Access database connected to a SQL Server database. In Access I
have a query returning many rows from SQL Server database. The query is
opened read-only in a form.
The users of the form are allowed to filter the data. Everytime the form is
closed after applying filters, the user has to wait many seconds until the
window finally closes. Closing the unfiltered query/form happens instantly.
During closing the filtered query/form I can trace a lot of queries in the
SQL Server Profiler.
Is there any way to stop this behavior?
Kind regards,
German
