Is there any way of closing multiple or all notebooks without closing
each one manually?
No.
Notebooks have to be closed one by one.
But this should not be a problem if one keeps to the guidelines for
proper usage of ON - which is different from what one is used to with
other programs.
In ON one normally leaves all notebooks *OPEN*.
Different from f.e. Word et al. one does not close a notebook when done
with a task.
Only in very special situations one would close notebooks and reopen
them later.
