Closing Outlook 2003 warns Unsent Messages in Outbox when acually

As the subject says, when closing Outlook I get a warning message that there
are unsent messages, when in fact there are none. The problem is intermittent.

Note: I use the workaround for integrating MSMail and the solution with a
2002-compatible PST to resolve local addresses.

I see the problem; Outlook is using both the old and the new PST
