Closing program and opening is required to make query work

I have 4 tables that in one way or another are in multiple queries. I have
developed this with Access Runtime. After deploying the program. I enter
the information in three tables. In order to have the tables join through the
query, I have to close the program and reopen the program in order for the
query to work. It is like refreshing the program. Help

There is no logical reason why you should have to close the program to be
able to query the data in the database.

What methods did you try that didn't work?
