Closing Tasks

Project Server 2003. Hello, is their a common procedure to turn off the
resources access to a single task in PWA? For instance, as the project
progresses, the PM needs to inactivate single tasks so that the resources can
no longer charge to them.

You'd need to develop a small SQL script to do this behind the scenes.
Essentially, it would read through the assignments table and set the 100%
complete tasks to hidden on the timesheet. The script in the following FAQ
does something similar. You should be able to change the where clause to
accomplish what you want.
