The modus operandi in Visio is to select tools by clicking them in the toolbar.
Don't search for the "arrow tool" by hovering over the toolbars, its
official name is "pointer tool" as in the "pointer sisters".

You can only know the tool you are working with by looking at the mouse
pointer on the screen.
