Closing Word generates error

I am using Windows Vista Business Edition (32 bit) and I installed Office
Enterprise 2007. When I use word and then close it I get the following error
message;
"The exception unknown software exception (0xe0000002) occurred in the
application at location 0x767a42eb." Then it tries to reopen word.
