Closing word = VB runtime error 91. Fix How?

When I attempt to close Microsoft Word 2003 (11.8026, 8028) SP2, I receive
the message:

Run-time error '91'

Object variable or With block variable not set.

How do I eliminate this Visual Basic programming message so Word to close
without viewing it in the future?

You have to identify and remove or disable the Add-in or macro that's causing
the problem. This is not something "native" to Word; it has to be something
you've added (or something else has added without you're realizing it).

Do you have any macros named AutoExit? Are there any entries listed and
checked in Tools/Templates and Addins?
