closing word

Hi all
When I finishing a document in word 2002
1. Save the document
2. Press the X to close Word
Each time a message block appear, warning that I changed the Global. dot
setting and I should save it or not.
This message appears every time even if I did not do a thing just opening
the word processor.
How can I rid off this annoying message?
