I need to compoe a constitution for a sports and social club, maybe someone
has a model constitution I can use, or can suggest a template I might be able
to use

problem. Perhaps a Word newsgroup might do, but I am unaware of anything
else on the Microsoft servers. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft
