CMC connections

I am trying to send a photo from photo editor using the
file send option. When I do that it gives me the error
msg "Cannot Establish a CMC session". I look on MS for
the error and found aritcle 224904. Which describes the
error and all. Only problem is my outlook is setup with
Corporate/Workgroup. I should be able to do this.
Any ideas?
