Cmd for Formula??

Formula for a search in from Greater than "Amount"? I have a from where
tells the manager the Total of the Assistance the employee receive for that
year. but is there a way for me to have a command and run a lookup on that
form and return the result anybody with more than that amount? The amount is
not part of the query, it is a unbound text and i put the formula in the page
footer so it will adds each total and give me a sum of that total. Any
advice?
