cmyk color and word 2003

I want to produce a cmyk pdf from a MS Word 2003 file. The colour is inserted
into the Word file as a cmyk picture, but it is converted to rgb colour when
the pdf is created (using Acrobat 6.0 pro).
Is it possible set MS Word 2003 up to use cmyk (as it is with Publisher)?
