CMYK option when saving as a JPEG

When I 'Save As' in Visio 2007 and select JPEG as the file format, the 'JPG
Options' dialog has a 'Color Format' pick list with CMYK shown as a option,
but it is greyed out and cannot be selected. How do I make this option
available?
