Code Builder as Default

How do I change my settings so the code builder comes up automatically when I
click the ellipsis in the properties box? I always get the choice of 3
options (macro, something else, and code builder) and I never use the other
two options. I just want to go straight into the code builder.

I'm sure I did this years ago in another version I was working in, but I
can't for the life of me find where to do it now! I'm working in Access 2000.
