code commenter replacement

I am looking for a replacement for the code commenter add-in
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/modcore/html/deovraddins.asp)
that was released with Office XP Developer or a third party tool that will
let me do the same thing. Does anybody have any suggestions? I am writing
VBA code for an excel application
