We have a user in our office who frequently (but not always) receives the
"Code execution has been interrupted" error message when opening a Word
document that has been inserted into an E-mail. When the error dialog
appears, only the Continue, End, and Help buttons are available. The Debug
button is not.
This happens with more than one Word attachment from more than one sender.
It does not happen every time - even with the same document being opened then
closed several times in a row.
We are using Word 2000 and Outlook 2000. The operating system is Windows
XP. I have watched as he does this. He is not hitting any keys, so the
CTRL+ALT+DELETE or the ESC keys are not the problem.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
