code for dialogue box mail merge recipients

Please could anyone give me the code for opening a mail merge recipients
list, deleting the entry there but then keeping the dialogue box open before
ending the macro so that another entry can be added. I would be very
grateful for some help please. If there is no way of deleting the first
entry, then just being able to display the dialogue box would do.
