Code Generation from UML?

Hi

is it possible that Visio (03) generates the basic code (just classes and
methods) that is described in a UML diagramm?
C# source code?

AFAIK that is one of the features in the V200X enterprise architect version
that comes with VS.NET.

I have both, one Visio 2002 SR1 edition come with VS.Net 03 Enterprise
Architect and i also bought Visio 2003 Professional seperetly
But currently i have the newer versio installed


Does code generation (forward engineering; reverse engineering already works
with 03) work with Visio 02?

v2003Pro does not have the functionality to create code from UML, you have
to use the v2002EA software to do that. The two programs can be on the same
system, but bouncing back and forth can be a little frustrating.

But why didn't Microsoft integrate this feature in version 2003 of Visio?
Wouldn't that be better for all?

The 'real' v2003ea is supposed to come out 'at some future time'. Suspicion
has it that it will be around the time of Whidby (?).
