After a format procedure to my hard drive, I reloaded Work Suite 2000
program, that was supplied with my pc from Gateway, when I bought it new. The
process seemed succesful until I tried to input my code key to register the
program, and the code key was invalid. I tried caps, lowe case, and all
possible combinations, nothing would take. I've done this before and had no
proplem. I called my Gateway customer service and after trying to verify my
code key, we got cut off. Called again and was told there was nothing they
could do. Am I forgetting to install some type of drive or something? Is the
program warranteed against something like this? What should I do next?

Barbera has a similar problem (two posts up and 10 hours
