Code Mirror File

I'm using Visio 2003 Professional SP2.

For global code (views, functions, procs) and for local code (triggers), I
specify a path and mirror file on the Properties tab in the Code Editor.

When/how does the Visio code get saved to the file?

I have no Database>Code>Synchronize choice on my main menu.
