We are using OS - Windows 2000 with MS-Outlook 2003. Since we have moved to
Outlook 2003, our Mass Mailer form is lacking a function that was working
with Outlook 2000. Techs fill out the Mass Mailer form ... it is sent to
our Service Desk ... they check to make sure they understand it and then
click on a button that creates the email to send out. When the Service Desk
opens the form from their personal email account, the email creation button
clicks, but does nothing (the techs are logged in as themselves and accessing
the shared Service Desk account). If the techs log into the Service Desk
Outlook account, the button works. It seems like a permission trait .... but
our techs are owners of the Service Desk. Is there another place I can go
to check rights? We want out techs to be in their own Outlook accounts and
be able to run the form code from the shared Service Desk inbox. Thanks.
