Code Page Question

We run and English Windows 2003 server with Project 2003 Server running on
it. We have a few users using Japanese Widnows XP, when they access the
Project Server using Project 2003 Pro, they get an error about the code pages
not being compatible. If they change their location to the US, it changes to
a Latin code page and works fine. I was wondering if there is a way to allow
both Native Japanese and English Code page clients connect.

You should refer to the usual Microsoft online references for installing
Mult-Language support for Project Server. You'll want to download any
current guidance from TechNet and download the appropriate MUI packs from
Microsoft Downloads.

Thank you for your help Gary. I added the Japanese Language Pack and the
users can get the localized UI in PWA, but when the open their tasks, they
get a box that is about 1/2" square. The box is ususable due to the size. Any
idea how to fix it?

That could be an MDAC issue. Make sure these users upgrade to the latest
version.

Installing MUI Sp1 should fix your problem.
