Code to export ALL tables except one?

I need code to export all tables in in a frontend to another frontend. I
know it would be easier to import them from the destination but I locked
myself out (see thread "Toolbars?")

I need to export the STRUCTURE (they are all linked tables except for the
switchboard) off ALL tables in the frontend 'Full Edition' to the frontend
'Engineer' EXCEPT the table 'Switchboard Items' which should be local in the
frontends.
Manually I started but there are 20+ tables and it is a hell of a job :-( I
need to deliver tomorrow so I am a little bit stressed now :-s

Anyone can help me with this or(even better) with the problem as described
in the thread "Toolbars?"

I know it is not polite to crosspost but I am really desperate, my new
function depends on delivering this database!!
