Code to remove action query confirmations

Is it possible to hard code a procedure that disables the
Confirm Action Queries checkbox in the options menu? I
have an application that runs a lot of action queries and
when I deploy the file on client machines, I am manually
unchecking this box so that the user is not battered with
confirmation boxes each time one of them runs. Also, is
there any way to override (and eliminate) the warning box
that pops up if and when an Append query can't append all
the records? Thanks for any help,
