Code to upload a document for a user

Hi,

I am fairly new to Sharepoint 2003, and i have problems doing this:

I have to programmatically upload a document into a document library of the
private part of the MySite of a user.

So...
How can i obtain the MySite of a user from his name/login or another id ?
How can i upload a document into the private part of the MySite of the user.
