Is anyone using the Timesheet Tied-Mode applications on CodePlex in a
production enviroment? If so can anyone answer some questions.
1. I found two different applications on CodePlex. "Project Server 2007
Tied Mode Service v1.5" at http://www.codeplex.com/AutoStatusService and
Timesheet Tied-Mode v1.5 at http://www.codeplex.com/EPMTSST. What is the
difference? Which one is better to use?
2. How well does this work? Any problems?
3. If the Timesheet Tied-Mode application is used can you still update
tasks in My Tasks and import them into the timesheet or would you always have
to do it solely from the timesheet?
4. Does it take advantage of the Remaining Work field that was added to the
timesheet view with the infastructure update?
5. How does it work if the timesheet is rejected and requires changes by
the team member or if the timesheet approver makes changes to the timesheet?
6. Has anyone compared this to the JustOnce timesheet integration
application available from QuantumPM http://www.quantumpm.com/?
Any other info you can privide is appreciated. Thanks in advance,
Gary
