Hi,

I was looking at the codeplex timesheet pseudo tied together solution, when
I discovered that there are 2 different projects giving same functionality.

Does anyone here know the differences between the two and is there a good
reason to choose between the one of the two?

The primary difference is performance. On of the solutions batches the
updates together to happen once an hour or once a day (user settable,
IIRC). The other updates My Tasks immediately, but cause more of a
performance impact on the server.

The batch option requires additional tables added to the database
structure, but is based off of the other code.

Another difference is the documentation and the installation steps. The
first one you mentioned "AutoStatusService" is the latest release from Jan
18th, 2008 and has a simpler install process but as I had found, was
incomplete and required some extra steps to get it working. The Word
documentation, however, I found to be more thorough on the earlier released
version "EPMTSST" from Nov 26th, 2007.
