only thing I can see on there is the gif animator - is there another?

the only thing with this is that they are gif format - and while I started
with jpg (all color pics) and then converted them to gif ... the gif formats
don't look as good - I'm using corel pp9 and then converting them to 256
color - optimized (or maybe it was jarvis) whichever made them look as close
to the original as possible. but they still look grainy

it's cool.
coffeecup has about a dozen nice little apps.
they all work pretty well and they all come as a free version you can try
out.
