Hi,
is it possible to disable the collaborate feature on a single project
when using Project 2003 server considering that there is more than one plan
on the server?
The object of this is to stop anyone collaborating a task on this plan (ie
sending it to a reources timesheet) where a resources time is reserved at
20%.

Also, has anyone had any issues using an Administrative plan as a holiday
plan that I may need to be aware of?

To prevent the tasks in a project from appearing on team member's
timesheets, do the following:

1. Open the project
2. Click Tools - Build Team from Enterprise
3. Set the Booking value to Proposed for each team member
4. Click OK
5. Click Collaborate - Publish - All Information

Regarding your second question, I will invite others who use Administrative
projects to share their experiences (and perhaps pain) with you. Hope this
helps

Dale,
thanks for the response.
I'm sure that will work.
