Collaborate using e-mail

I am using MS Project Professional 2002 and have opted to collaborate
using e-mail. I'm on a Novel network and use GroupWise for e-mail.

When I publish assignments, appropriate resources receive e-mails with
an attachment that contains some binary gibberish. The attached files
have an MTM extension ("MultiTracker Music Module"??).

Does anyone know how I can get the files sent in plain text? I would
like to automatically notify people of new or changed tasks.

Hi RobG,

Have you installed the WGSetup.exe file on the resource's computer? The
file makes the MTM attachement readable.
