Collaborate with MS Project 2003 Pro

User setup as a Project Manager using MS Project Pro 2003 cannot collaborate
from her computer. The message is "You are not authorized to view this page"

She does not have this issue on another machine when using the products to
collaborate..

Could be a lot things that are different on one machine to the next. Some
possibilities off the top of my head:

user profile corruption, try recreating the user profile
Browser security settings
Browser add-in software like the google toolbar or popup blockers, firewalls
Browser version
Browser security settings
