Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 cannot be installed with MS Excha

Hi,
I am running Office 2007 Pro Plus 2007 SP1 on my Windows XP Pro SP2. I need
to install Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 for my Outlook 2007 Pro Plus SP1
to work with my ticketing system, but I received this error "Collaboration
Data Object 1.2.1 cannot be installed with Microsoft Exchange". I suspected
there might be conflicts between MS Exchange System Management Tools, so I
removed it, ran fixmapi.exe to recreate a new mapi32.exe file, but that
didn't fix the problem. I also removed and reinstall Outlook, but no luck.

Please help!

Thanks Rob for the reply. I checked out the link, but I don't understand
much, stupid me. :) Please give me solutions instead. Appreciate your help!

Depends on where you get stuck. You might want to ask the developers for
help in one of the outlook.program_ newsgroups.
