collaboration in Prof 2003

Hi all,
Some of my project managers with functional accounts and whose connections
are otherwise Ok are not getting the option to open a new project from the
project server when they use the open file icon in the office toolbar.
I set up all of the projects in Project Server, and have been giving project
managers access one by one. Most are not getting access to the resource pool
(although some are) and are only gven the option to open a file from thier
local machines when open file is chosen.
Would greatly appreciate help.

Have your PM's created a Project Server login account in Microsoft Project
Professional, and are they using this login account to log into Project
Server? Refer to the following FAQ for the necessary steps:
