Collaboration - pointer to PWA error

All of the options under Collaboration (Issues, Risks, Documents) all point
corretly to my PWA with the exception of "Manage Deliverables"
The Manage Deliverables appears to be pointing to an old pwa.

The server settings show the correct PWA.

Is there a way to correct the "manage deliverables" so that it points to the
correct PWA?

We are using PS2007.

Does this even happen on newly published projects? I assume you have
moved your servers ?

The servers have not moved.
When creating a new simple project, publish creating a new PWA, the Manage
Deliverables option does not work. In this case, the pointer to the PWA is
correct, but when attempting to "Manage Deliverable - Link to task", PS2007
returns an error stating "The Project Server has denied access to the
requested data. Please contact your server administrator"

I am struggling to determine what setting must be set to enable "Manage
Deliverables", given that all other features under "Collaborate" appear to
work properly with the PWA.
