Collaboration under MS Project Standard 2002

Hi,
What are the benefits of Collaboration under Std? Running
wgsetup and interfacing to MS Outlook is available, and
not supported under 2003 apparently. Are there any others?
I have 40 users and one server.

I have even fewer. A small team of 10 resources working
on a single project and no server. Under previous
versions of MS Project, using Outlook provided for
communicating tasks status, etc. But they took it out of
Project 2003. I guess they want us all to purchase a
Server to put Project Server on it.

My resources are teleworkers and there is no central
server.

If anyone has developed a third party product it would be
helpful.

The workgroup tools are still available as a download from the ms project
web site. Don't have the link at my fingertips but search for wgsetup.
