Collapsible Outlines in an Outlook Message

Is it possible within an Outlook message to have collapsible and expandable sections? For example, I would like someone to click a "+" that would expand a section to reveal a set of underlying information. Conversely, I would like to them to click a "-" that would collapse the section and hide the underlying information.
