Collapsing all section groups in th navigation pane

Does anyone know how to start Onenote 2007 so that all section groups
are collapsed instead of expanded? The latter is very hard to navigate
when the structure is large.

By default they are always expanded. Once you collapse them the section
groups will stay that way and remember your setting.
