Collapsing Catagories in Business Contact Manager

I can close individual catagories but can't collapse all
of the catagories. In addition when I close the
catagories and leave Business Contact Manager and return
all of the catagories are open once again.

Is there any way to collapse catagories and they stay
closed they stay closed until you open them.
