One of my clients is having trouble with Publisher 2007. They are unable to
select the collate box when attempting to print. It works fine with Word and
Excel 2007, but Publisher has the option grayed out even when selecting
multiple copies. Unless she goes into the Printer Properties under the
Advanced tab and increases the copy number and selects the collate option in
there, she is unable to collate her jobs. Even when increasing the copy
number under the Advanced printer properties, the general settings collate
button is still grayed out. I thought perhaps the printer driver was at
fault, but she is experiencing this with more than one make of printer - and
only in Publisher. Any suggestions?
