I have upgraded to Word 10.1.4 running on a PowerBook G4. Since
upgrading, the "collated" option in the print dialogue box doesn't
work. That is, I can select the box, but if I print a multi-paged
document, it prints all the copies of page 1, followed by all the
copies of page 2, etc. This is true whether the document is
multi-sectioned or a single section.
I am running system 10.2.6 on my Mac, and I have also upgraded to the
latest printer drivers on the two HP printers that I use. (One is an
HP LaserJet 4000 N and the other is an HP Color LaserJet 4550 DN.) I'm
not able to get the collate option to work with either printer.
Has anyone else experienced this problem . . . and is there something
I can do to correct it?
Thanks!
